What is free diving
Free Diving refers to the movement of diving as deep as possible without carrying a gas cylinder and simply adjusting one's abdominal breathing and holding one's breath. Simply put, a diver can dive into the sea in one breath with the help of a mirror, flippers, and the weight of a counterweight.
In 2015, the PADI Free Diving Course was first launched at the North American Diving Show. The PADI Free Diver Course is designed under the guidance of the world's top free divers, allowing you to explore new underwater depths and personal limits. As a PADI free diver, you will receive the best training and become a member of the world's largest and most active diving community. PADI Free Latent has 8 levels including Professional level.
